The company is expanding its Technology and Software Sales practice and is hiring a 360 Desk Executive Search Consultant to build relationships with clients and candidates across high-growth markets.

The firm is open to hiring at multiple levels, depending on experience and production history.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage a 360 desk executive search practice
• Conduct outbound business development with hiring managers, founders, and senior executives
• Win retained, container, and contingent search engagements
• Source, evaluate, and present qualified candidates
• Manage searches from initial client development and intake through placement
• Develop expertise and market credibility within a defined technology niche
• Cross-sell and cross-deliver across the firm’s other practice areas
• Build lasting client and candidate relationships that generate repeat business
• Progress toward approximately $400,000 or more in annual billings

• Product Development and Product Marketing
• DevOps, Engineering, and Technical Leadership
• CTO and senior technology leadership

Candidate Profiles We Will Consider

The firm is open to several potential backgrounds:

• A 360 agency recruiter with direct-hire search experience
• A delivery-focused agency recruiter who is ready to develop business development skills
• A former agency recruiter interested in returning to executive search
• A successful software or cybersecurity sales professional interested in transitioning into executive recruiting
• An experienced agency recruiter capable of joining at the Practice Manager level

Preferred Experience

• Direct-hire, permanent placement, or executive search agency experience
• Technology, Software Sales, SaaS, FinTech, Payments, or Cybersecurity market knowledge
• Previous 360 desk (BD, Account Management, and Recruiting) experience
• Demonstrated history of building client relationships or generating new business
• Annual recruiting billings approaching or exceeding $400,000
• Existing client or candidate relationships within a relevant market
