M23 Senior Production Operator - Nights

$21.02 - $35.04 per hour

Senior Production Operator position at Pfizer's McPherson, Kansas facility responsible for operating and maintaining pharmaceutical production equipment on a night shift rotation. The role supports manufacturing operations ensuring product quality and on-time delivery to patients.

Responsibilities

Operate production equipment and perform machine setup, repairs, adjustments, and changeovers
Execute routine preventative maintenance and emergency repair or replacement of equipment
Monitor equipment data from computerized control systems and manage efficiency and scrap metrics
Adhere to safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and batch record requirements
Support continuous improvement activities and communicate equipment issues to supervisors

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
2+ years production experience or post-secondary mechanics education
Troubleshooting and quality check competency
Ability to follow procedures, communicate effectively, and work independently or as part of a team
Analytical, detail-oriented problem-solving skills
Physical capability to stand 8-12 hours, lift 50 pounds, work around equipment and chemicals

Compensation: $21.02–$35.04 per hour
