Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist - Neuroscience - COBENFY - Chicago, IL

Position Summary: Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) – Psychiatry. Field-based; anticipated to spend 100% of time in the field with external customers. Key Responsibilities: Promote approved BMS indications within a territory to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly. Create demand by communicating balanced clinical/scientific rationale for use in appropriate patients. Maintain/grow scientific expertise; prepare and implement territory/account plans. Use CE^3 (once implemented) to derive insights and inform call plans; provide feedback for continuous improvement. Deliver fair and balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources; ensure medical accuracy. Conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs. Stay current on emerging data; use Medical on Call to respond to unsolicited questions/technical inquiries. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance Customer Experience (Cx); share insights internally. Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies. Required Qualifications: Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse roles. Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately and convincingly. Demonstrated credibility with key customers and a customer-centric approach. Account management skills; proven sales performance meeting/exceeding goals. Ability to work cross-functionally with a positive mindset. Preferred: Experience in Neurology.
