Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient clinic in North Richland Hills, Texas. The ideal candidate will provide individualized, evidence-based care to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function. This role emphasizes patient-centered treatment, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and a commitment to clinical excellence.

Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic - Premiere Rehab Physical Therapy
Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient clinic in North Richland Hills, Texas. The ideal candidate will provide individualized, evidence-based care to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function. This role emphasizes patient-centered treatment, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and a commitment to clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and physician referrals
- Implement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and patient education
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic, state, and payer guidelines
- Collaborate with physicians, referring providers, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and professional regulations
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic environment
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- New graduates are welcome ; outpatient or orthopedic experience is a plus
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or post-surgical rehab
- Familiarity with EMR systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
- Outpatient clinic setting with a focus on orthopedic and musculoskeletal care
- Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours
