Hospice Acute Care RN - Home-Based Palliative Care

Legacy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in Acute Care Hospice to provide compassionate, home-based hospice nursing in the Portland metropolitan area and Willamette Valley. You will perform professional visits, manage pain and symptoms, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort and dignity for patients and families.
