Prospecting and client acquisition: Identify and secure new business relationships, pitching SRG's value proposition with confidence Relationship building: Forge lasting client partnerships and make sure staffing needs are met with precision and care Strategic planning: Craft growth plans that align with SRG's expansion objectives across the market Market research: Stay ahead of market trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving client needs Collaboration: Partner with our recruiting team to deliver solutions that make clients say "wow" Presentation and proposal: Prepare and deliver captivating presentations and winning proposals Sales management: Own the pipeline and drive performance against financial targetsWHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent experience in the art of deal-making 5+ years of business development or sales experience within the staffing industry Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills A proven track record of hitting sales targets and growing client accounts A strategic mindset and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environmentWHAT WE OFFER
