Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with a consistently busy patient schedule and strong production potential from day one.

You'll practice a broad scope of general dentistry and are encouraged to perform the procedures you're comfortable with while continuing to expand your abilities, including:

• Comprehensive restorative dentistry

• Crown and bridge

• Endodontics

• Extractions

• Implant dentistry

• Bread-and-butter general dentistry

• Pediatric dentistry, if interested

• Additional advanced procedures based on experience and interest

• Unlike many practices, you'll enjoy full clinical autonomy, allowing you to diagnose and treat patients according to your clinical judgment without unnecessary production pressure.

Advanced Technology & Clinical Support:

You'll be supported by:

• Modern clinical technology and digital workflows

• An experienced hygiene team

• Expanded Function Dental Assistants (EFDAs)

• In-house specialists who provide advanced mentorship and clinical support for doctors looking to expand their skill set

The ideal candidate is:

• A DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

• Eligible for or holding an active Ohio dental license

• Open to both experienced dentists and new graduates

• Hardworking and motivated

• Patient-focused with strong communication skills

• Growth-minded and eager to keep developing clinically

• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team

• Interested in building long-term relationships with patients and staff
