QC Chemist

A personal care company is seeking a QC Chemist to support daily quality operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for performing laboratory testing, inspecting materials, reviewing production documentation, maintaining quality records, and ensuring compliance with cGMP standards. Responsibilities Perform physical and chemical testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Review batch records and production documentation for accuracy. Maintain laboratory equipment, samples, and quality records. Communicate test results and quality concerns to internal teams. Follow cGMP, safety procedures, and company quality standards. Support laboratory organization and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field. 0-2 years of laboratory experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or manufacturing environment preferred. Experience with cGMP and laboratory instrumentation is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software. Ability to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
