Job Title

• Copies of unofficial transcripts with degree posted (BA/MA-Depending on position)
• A detailed online copy of credential from the CTC website
• Resume (Employee information on Resume must be consistent with the employment information on the Edjoin Application)
• Letters of recommendation (Two (2) Letters of recommendation are required and must be attached to your application. Both letters must include the following: o Date o Must be within the last two years. o Must be hand-signed by the author. o Must include contact information (including cell phone numbers) Letters without a hand signature, letters that are electronically signed, and letters without a date or with a date more than 2 years old will not be accepted.

Must hold a California Speech-Language Pathology Services (Language, Speech, and Hearing) Credential.
