Job Details:

• Job Title: TRAVEL – PHYSICAL THERAPY - COST CENTER (762) / 8:00AM - 5:00PM
• Location: Gainesville, FL
• Setting: Hospital
• Pay Range: Varies by assignment. Contact your recruiter for details.
• Schedule: 08:00 - 17:00
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement treatment plans including therapeutic exercises and functional training.
• Assist patients with ADLs, transfers, and gait training.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and rehabilitation goals.
• Document patient progress and treatment notes accurately in Meditech (Expanse).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient recovery.
• Participate in weekend rotation as required.
