Actify Home Care, Inc. is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to join our geriatric home health team in South Palm Beach County.
This clinician-owned agency offers a 1099 compensation model with fast credentialing and quick start on active OT cases spanning Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, and nearby communities. You’ll perform in-home evaluations, OASIS tasks, and routine visits, supported by an experienced clinician-led team.
