What your future day will look like: Prepare, review, and organize legal documents related to estate planning, probate, real estate, and business matters. Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate. Maintain and manage case files, records, and supporting legal documentation. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and attorney schedules to ensure efficient office operations. Provide administrative support including correspondence, document management, calendar coordination, and office organization. Serve as a professional point of contact for clients while helping ensure a positive and responsive client experience. Type: Direct Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need: Previous paralegal or legal administrative support experience within a law firm environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously Experience preparing and reviewing legal documents with a high degree of accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and document management systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional client interaction abilities Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment We know you are more than a resume and understand your next career move needs to be the right fit!
