This focus is on providing the highest level of quality patient care and the team currently consists of 25 Physicians and 15 PAs. The staff is very friendly and there is plenty of room for professional growth and advancement. THE DETAILS $230K income guarantee for years 1 & 2; following year 2, production based income Income potential of $250K++ Comprehensive benefits package including paid malpractice insurance $20K sign on bonus Relocation assistance is available Loan repayment assistance if needed Great mentoring environment Call schedule: outpatient phone calls only; varies by practice location from 1:9 to 1:12 Well established patient base and specialty referral network QUALIFICATIONS All physicians must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (BE Residents, only) Unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license (or eligible) Physicians right out of residency or fellowship are welcome!
