SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Position Details Location: New London High School – 901 West Washington Street, New London, WI 54961 (openings at other district locations available). Schedule: Full‑time, Monday through Friday with variable hours; includes summer and school‑year shifts. Prior Experience: Custodial and/or supervisory experience preferred. Pay: $17.00–$17.50 per hour. Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety. Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Serve as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned.
