Senior Marketing Operations Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will own the operational backbone of marketing execution, with a focus on campaign setup, lead lifecycle management, audience segmentation, and email program quality. The person in this role will partner closely with marketing stakeholders to improve targeting, optimize performance, and ensure compliant global operations across systems and processes. It is a strong fit for a hands-on marketing operations leader who can balance data integrity, process discipline, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced enterprise technology environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $140,000 – $165,000 annually Responsibilities Maintain and monitor lead lifecycle processing in Marketo and Salesforce Create and manage campaign setups in Salesforce and Marketo Develop and manage email audiences using Marketo Smart Lists Advise on campaign optimization and audience segmentation Monitor the email calendar for audience overlaps Ensure data quality and compliance with GDPR and data privacy regulations Manage global forms and email templates in Marketo Qualifications 2–3+ years of experience with Marketo; Adobe Certified Expert preferred 2–3+ years of experience with Salesforce 2–3+ years managing international opt‑ins and opt‑outs Familiarity with agile and scrum processes preferred Experience in a company with over 10,000 customers is a plus Benefits Flexible workplace model allowing remote or hybrid work options Emphasis on individual impact and contribution over physical location Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace Supportive environment fostering autonomy and collaboration Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
