Regional Operational Restaurant Manager

Square One Concepts is seeking a Regional Operational Restaurant Manager for our Bourbon & Bones brand. This role oversees multiple high-volume locations, ensuring flawless execution, financial performance, and outstanding guest experiences. You will lead and coach GMs and managers, drive labor and cost controls, uphold brand standards, and support new openings. You’ll collaborate with leadership on strategy, execution, and innovation in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture focused on memorable, elevated hospitality and operational excellence across the region.
