Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent) Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start (full support provided) Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of your start date We provide licensing guidance, study resources, and onboarding support throughout the process Position Overview As an Acquisitions Specialist, your primary focus will be generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective customers, and growing the agency through consultative sales conversations. You will work with leads, referrals, and outbound prospecting efforts to uncover customer needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions. Success in this role is measured by activity, production, and the ability to consistently build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
