Responsibilities Identify and qualify leads, then convert qualified opportunities into appointments and applications Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals Participate in product training and licensing coursework Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process Qualifications No prior sales experience required — we will train you Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication Benefits Paid time off (vacation, sick, and personal days) Paid company holidays Clear career advancement paths Pay range: $60,000-$80,000 per year This includes base salary, commissions, and bonuses.
