Locums - Nurse Anesthetist CRNA - CRNA - Orange - California

Opportunity: CRNA - Anesthesiology Position

Job Details:

• Provide anesthesia services in a trauma level 1 facility with high acuity patients
• Work 12-hour shifts with start times varying between 6:30 AM, 9:30 AM, or 11:30 AM
• Weekend shifts are required: 3 per month for full-time, 2 per month for per diem
• Medical direction model with anesthesiologist supervision of up to 3 CRNAs
• Academic training facility with residents on-site
• Handle general cases for orthopedics, gynecology, and general surgery
• No obstetrics, pediatrics, or cardiac cases
• Must have extensive trauma level 1 experience within the last 2 years
• Work with high acuity, co-morbidity patients and very sick patients daily
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system
• California license required - EMSA not accepted
• Board certification required
• Two supervisor references required

The facility maintains a medical direction model with faculty supervision and serves as a training site for anesthesiology residents.
