In-Home Service Technician

As an In-Home Service Technician, you'll install, service, and troubleshoot satellite and home technology for customers across urban and rural communities. We provide hands-on training to help you deliver safe, professional installations and a great customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot satellite and home technology
- Evaluate installation sites and safely run cable and equipment
- Diagnose service issues and complete repairs or equipment upgrades
- Educate customers on their systems and available products
- Maintain accurate job updates and service documentation
- Travel to customer locations while providing professional, respectful service
What We're Looking For
- Mechanically inclined with basic computer and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, customer service, and time-management skills
- Able to lift 70+ lbs and safely climb and work from ladders
- Comfortable working outdoors, on roofs, and in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of inventory accountability experience preferred
Position Details
Full-Time Occasional Overtime Travel Required
