Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Senior Consultant

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Work you'll do

As an Analytics and Insights Engineer III on the Government & Public Services team, you will be responsible for:

• Support a robotic process automation workstream for a GPS federal client
• Develop, enhance, and maintain automation solutions that support finance analytics objectives
• Collaborate with client and project team members to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities
• Work in a high co-location environment in Chantilly, Virginia, to support delivery and stakeholder coordination
• Contribute to solution design, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement of automation capabilities

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance with polygraph
• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of finance analytics experience
• Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Ability to work onsite in Chantilly, VA 5 days a week
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

• Experience supporting robotic process automation workstreams
• Experience using Python for automation or analytics solutions

This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $124,700 to $207,800.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
