Warehouse & Logistics Focus (Full-time, Hourly) Job Title: Receiving Associate Location: Irving, TX Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an organized Receiving Associate to manage our incoming shipments. The ideal candidate has experience with freight handling and operating warehouse machinery to support efficient dock operations. Key Responsibilities: Unload materials and verify them against associated purchase orders and packing lists. Process and record track inventory accurately using SAP and warehouse management systems. Inspect incoming freight and document any discrepancies or damages to internal teams. Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely. Collaborate with Dock Supervisors and team members to meet operational deadlines. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving. Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow load safety protocols. Proficiency with inventory tracking systems and Microsoft Office. Sit Down & Stand-up reach forklift experience is highly preferred.
