Product Manager

About The Role The Product Manager will own strategy, roadmap, and execution for a developer-facing platform that provides APIs, event-driven services, observability, and deployment workflows used by engineering teams to build and operate production systems. The role translates customer and business needs into clear product requirements, partners closely with engineering and design, and drives releases from discovery through adoption. Success means improving developer productivity, platform reliability, and measurable usage across the product portfolio. Key Responsibilities Define and maintain the product roadmap for platform capabilities including REST and GraphQL APIs, SDKs, workflow automation, and developer tooling Translate technical and customer requirements into PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, API specifications, and measurable release goals Partner with engineering leads to prioritize work across microservices, Kubernetes-based infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments such as AWS or GCP Use product analytics, customer interviews, support data, and operational metrics to identify opportunities and make evidence-based prioritization decisions Lead cross-functional execution through discovery, sprint planning, beta programs, launch readiness, documentation, and post-release analysis Define success metrics and monitor adoption, activation, latency, reliability, retention, and developer satisfaction using tools such as Amplitude, Datadog, Grafana, or equivalent Communicate product decisions, tradeoffs, timelines, and risks clearly to engineering, design, sales, customer success, and executive stakeholders What We Are Looking For 3-8 years of product management experience, including ownership of technical products, developer platforms, infrastructure, APIs, or enterprise SaaS Demonstrated experience taking products from discovery through launch, with clear ownership of roadmap decisions, prioritization, and measurable outcomes Strong technical fluency with APIs, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, databases, authentication, and software development lifecycle practices Experience partnering with software engineers on technical requirements, architecture tradeoffs, dependency management, and delivery planning Proficiency with product discovery and execution tools such as Jira, Linear, Confluence, Notion, Figma, SQL, and product analytics platforms Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Bonus: Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, observability platforms, developer experience products, platform-as-a-service, or usage-based pricing #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
