What You’ll Do As the Resident Care Coordinator, you will support the Health & Wellness Director and help ensure our residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. A major component of this role includes creating and managing staff schedules to ensure the care team is properly staffed and supported. Create and manage weekly caregiver and medication aide schedules Support daily operations of the care team Monitor medication administration and documentation Review care tracking and follow up on missing documentation Assist with resident assessments and care plan updates Support incident reporting and follow-up investigations Provide coaching and support to caregivers and medication aides Address resident and family concerns with professionalism and compassion Participate in shift huddles, care conferences, and team meetings Participate in an on-call rotation as needed What We’re Looking For Our ideal candidate is a team-oriented leader who enjoys supporting caregivers while ensuring excellent care for residents.
