What You’re Walking Into

• 10+ ORs with full perioperative scope: Pre-op, OR, PACU, SPD
• Strong nursing and tech base already in place
• Executive support from a dedicated CNO
• System-level backing, including a Regional Surgery Director who understands both the strategy and the local culture

Background

• RN and Bachelor’s required, Master’s preferred
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in Surgical Services/Perioperative Services
• Open to Manager-level candidates looking to move into a Director role
