Now Hiring: Production Forklift Operator Location: Vernon, CA Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Monday – Friday | 1:30pm - 9:30pm Pay Rate: $17.80/ hr Employment Type: Full-Time We are a staffing agency recruiting on behalf of a client located in Vernon. The client operates a kombucha manufacturing and production facility and is currently looking to bring on a Production Forklift Operator as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, experienced, and looking for steady full-time work in a fast-moving production environment. This position plays an important role in keeping daily warehouse and production operations running smoothly. You’ll be working in a busy, hands‑on setting where teamwork, safety, and attention to detail are essential. Job Duties Safely operate forklifts throughout the production and warehouse areas Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials Move product efficiently to support production flow Follow all safety rules and workplace procedures at all times Assist with general warehouse and production support tasks as needed Requirements Previous forklift experience is preferred Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work scheduled shifts Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Must follow all safety guidelines and instructions Dress Code & Safety Requirements All black attire (no accessories permitted) Slip‑resistant steel toe boots/shoes required Safety glasses or goggles must be worn Cut-resistant gloves required Must wear picture badge and carry door access card per site requirements Contingency Notice All hires are contingent upon successful completion of E‑Verify.
