At Isaias Ruiz - State Farm Agent, our Acquisitions Specialists help grow our agency by connecting with prospective customers, understanding their insurance needs, and helping them make confident decisions about protecting what matters most.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys people, competition, challenges, and personal growth. You’ll spend your day creating new opportunities, building relationships, following up consistently, overcoming objections, and turning conversations into new customers.

We’ll provide the training, coaching, and support — you bring the confidence, work ethic, and drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively connect with prospective customers through outbound calls, internet leads, referrals, and community outreach.
• Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs through meaningful conversations.
• Confidently present insurance options based on each customer’s needs.
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers and maintain an active pipeline.
• Navigate objections and confidently ask customers to move forward.
• Meet individual and team activity, quote, and production goals.
• Track activity and follow-up opportunities accurately.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development.
• Maintain compliance with agency and regulatory requirements.
