Schedule
We are looking for one or two different RN or LPNs
***Monday-Friday shift availability, 7am-7pm***
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Evaluates and treats clients with appropriate level of skill according to client's needs under the supervision of an RN, Clinical Manager.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Attend school with client
- Verbal demonstrations of client rights and responsibilities
- Support case management by coordinating patient care plans and follow-up appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Demonstrate proper use of equipment.
- Ensure HIPAA regulations are adhered to.
- All other duties assigned.

Requirements:- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Active, Unencumbered RN or LPN in the state of NC (NCBON).
- CPR Certification
- Valid Driver License and auto insurance coverage
Experience:
- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
- Work Location: In person
