Because of our growth in the Southeast, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive to lead some of our water infrastructure capabilities. 

You will play an important role in advancing our design build delivery by supporting pursuits, coordinating execution strategies, and helping deliver high quality projects safely, on schedule, and within budget!

Responsibilities 

Support business development and pursuit efforts, including proposal preparation and preconstruction coordination

Lead construction planning, estimating, pricing, and execution for water/wastewater infrastructure projects

Manage day to day project activities across design and construction phases

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, field staff, and subcontractors

Support subcontractor identification, procurement, and contract administration

Review project contracts and assist in managing subcontract agreements and change orders

Partner with HSE teams to promote safety best practices across projects

Monitor project performance, including schedule, budget, quality, and risk

Maintain strong communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders

Support collaboration across offices and water practice teams

Qualifications 

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field 

10+ recent years of experience in water/WWTP or related field involving construction of complex MEP intensive projects

Experience working on design build or alternative delivery projects is strongly preferred

Working knowledge of project management fundamentals including scheduling, cost control, and contract administration

Exposure to subcontractor management and construction procurement processes

Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to build relationships with clients and project partners
