Location Residence Inn Cleveland University Circle/Medical Center 1914 East 101st St, Cleveland, OH 44106, USA Position Overview DelMonte Hotel Group is seeking a PM Hospitality Attendant (Bartender/PM Hospitality Attendant) for the Residence Inn in Cleveland, adjacent to the Cleveland Clinic and Case Western Reserve Health Education Campus. The role includes buffet set‑up, service, and full food and beverage responsibilities in a hospitality environment. Job Responsibilities Set‑up, breakdown, cleanup, and service of buffets using provided checklists. Perform opening and closing sidework per checklists, including bussing responsibilities. Greet customers, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding drinks and menu items. Take food and drink orders and accurately record sales transactions and payments. Prepare ingredients for cooking: portioning, chopping, and storing food. Cook food according to recipes and quality and presentation standards. Prepare cocktails according to standard beverage recipes. Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, equipment, glassware, dishes, and serving utensils. Maintain knowledge of current food and beverage offerings, including wine lists and cocktail menu. Provide information about hotel hours and services, and nearby facilities. Operate coffee makers, bread drawers, toasters, and steam tables appropriately. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies, such as cooking temperatures, product rotation, dating, labeling, and cleaning. Complete daily inventory preparation sheets. Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the Food & Beverage department and surrounding areas. Stock and replenish inventory displays for guest purchase. Assist with set‑up and servicing of the meeting room as needed. Inspect fixtures, equipment, and conditions (lights, heating/cooling, furniture, wallpaper, etc.) and report deficiencies. Job Requirements 3 to 6 months related experience in a food service role. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Solid time‑management and prioritization skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong communication skills and ability to establish rapport with guests and colleagues.
