Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow‑up, insurance verification, payment collection, and maintaining a clean environment. Handle patient appointments and perform routine examinations to ensure positive health outcomes. Speak with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, complete diagnostic tests, and coordinate with other health professionals for comprehensive care. Encourage patients to become active participants in their health through services such as screenings, behavioral health, and chronic condition management. Required Qualifications Provide holistic, evidence‑based care, including education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safe‑sex practices. Order and administer immunizations (e.g., COVID‑19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provide vaccine counseling. Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent. Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment. Proficiency in both speaking and writing in additional languages, such as Spanish. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED use. Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when required by protocol. Preferred Qualifications If less than one year of licensed provider experience, prior student precepting at MinuteClinic is preferred. Epic system experience preferred. Education Master’s Degree or higher in Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with current National Board Certification and a state license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant role. Pay Range Hourly Payrate Range: $64.50 – $73.50/hr based on experience, plus shift differentials and quarterly incentive plan. The typical pay range for this role is $46.03 – $99.14/hour. The actual base salary will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors. This position is eligible for a bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program in addition to the listed base pay.
