Pulmonary Care Unit Registered NurseJoin a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced Pulmonary Care Unit.About the Unit24-bed Pulmonary Care Unit1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio (may flex to 1:6)Treats patients with COPD, asthma, pneumonia, respiratory failure, pulmonary embolism, and other respiratory conditionsSupportive team environment with growth and development opportunitiesThe Registered Nurse (RN) provides compassionate, evidence-based care while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans that promote optimal health outcomes.Work EnvironmentThis is a hospital-based role in a dynamic acute care setting, caring for patients with a variety of pulmonary and medical conditions. Nurses work closely with respiratory therapists, providers, and care teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus and relocation.What We're Looking ForEducation: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license.
