Job Description Job Description As a Customer Service Team Member within a small team of 1-5 members, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers through multiple communication channels, including phone and email. You will handle a variety of tasks from addressing customer inquiries and complaints to processing orders and verifying information. Your expertise in custom hose making and managing drop shipping orders will contribute to delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone and email
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Process orders accurately, including custom hose production
Handle complaints and verify customer information
Maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively
Manage data entry tasks related to customer and order details
Coordinate drop shipping of custom orders
