About the Role We are looking for highly motivated professional Craftsmen with skills in multiple trades. They should be committed to quality work and customer service, possess the will to complete tasks in a timely professional manner, and exhibit strong problem‑solving, communication, and independent thinking skills. Key Qualifications & Responsibilities Excellent knowledge of all trades: Construction Carpentry Tile Flooring Proper equipment: know what tools are needed for certain tasks. Troubleshooting skills: quick thinker, examine a problem, provide prompt professional resolution. Excellent communication with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers and commercial customers. Presentable: clean‑cut appearance, decent looking vehicle, organized tools. Other duties: Inspect property and communicate to the customer about repairs or additional services. Earn customer's confidence and inquire about additional work. Explain small repairs and point out additional capabilities to the customer. Be punctual, efficient, maintain highest integrity and strive for top customer satisfaction. Enjoy being an integral part of a winning team.
