As a Quality Engineering Supervisor, you'll contribute to meaningful projects that shape the future of aerospace. This position contributes to our vision by:Ensuring manufacturing processes meet AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR, and DoD requirements.Overseeing process validation, first article inspections (FAI per AS9102), and final product inspections to ensure compliance.Implementing and maintaining Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor and improve manufacturing quality.Developing and enforcing manufacturing process controls to minimize defects and scrap.Ensuring compliance with DoD contracts, MIL-STD, ITAR, DFARS, and FAA requirements.Investigating non-conformances, defects, and production failures using 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone Diagrams.Leading Corrective and Preventive Action initiatives to address recurring quality issues.Collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to implement process improvements and reduce defects.Leading Lean Six Sigma projects to optimize manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.Preparing and presenting Key Performance Indicators and trend analyses for production quality performance.What we offer: Competitive salaries Paid holidays Recognition programs Comprehensive benefits Retirement (401K) plans with employer match Professional development opportunities Tuition assistance Over 300 career paths across global sitesWork Culture: At Safran, we foster a respectful and inclusive workplace where diverse perspectives are valued.
