About the Role Estimated Pay Range is $75,000-$85,000. Geode Health is a rapidly growing national provider of outpatient mental health services. We are actively recruiting for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the greater Lake Highlands market to diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across a general spectrum of mental healthcare conditions. The therapist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals for care coordination and crisis intervention. Benefits & Flexibility Flexibility to create your own schedule. Typically, three days on‑site and two days telehealth. Compensation. Requirements Fully licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar) in Texas Passion for high‑quality care Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans Proficiency in using an EMR system with accurate, up‑to‑date EHRs Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities Desire and ability to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions Prefer therapists with over one year of professional psychotherapy experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Geode Health
