Responsibilities: Responsibilities of Housekeepers: Clean and sanitize common areas, guest rooms and bathrooms according to hotel standards. Change bed linens and make beds neatly. Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and public areas. Restock towels, toiletries, coffee supplies, and other guest amenities. Report maintenance issues or damaged items to management. Remove trash and dirty linens from rooms. Ensure rooms are inspection-ready before guest arrival. Replace room amenities, literature, and other items as directed by the supervisor. Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures. Work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
