Director of Human ResourcesOur client is seeking a seasoned HR executive to join a high-performing organization that values both strategic leadership and hands-on operational excellence. This role is a vital partner to the C-suite, reporting directly to executive leadership and serving as a key advisor to the CEO and CFO. You will be responsible for defining the HR strategy while simultaneously ensuring the tactical delivery of daily services. The ideal candidate has experience navigating the complexities of large-scale corporate environments but maintains the agility and "in the weeds" mindset necessary to thrive in more lean, entrepreneurial settings. This is a high-visibility position that requires an executive presence, the ability to drive major organizational projects, and a passion for building culture.Job Duties:Partner with the CEO, CFO, and executive leadership to align HR strategy with organizational objectivesProvide strategic direction and hands-on management for a team of three HR professionalsLead critical projects, including large-scale HRIS system implementations and international pension establishmentOversee comprehensive HR functions, including payroll, benefits, recruitment, and total rewardsServe as the primary lead for complex employee relations issues and sensitive investigationsFoster an inclusive company culture rooted in mutual support, fairness, and professional growthDevelop and execute best-in-class talent acquisition and retention strategiesEnsure organizational compliance with international, federal, and state employment regulationsProvide coaching and HR guidance to executives and management teams across the organizationMaintain high-quality communication standards for all company-wide messagingCross-train team members to ensure operational continuity for all core HR functionsJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is preferredMinimum of 10+ years of progressive human resources management experienceProven success in both large-scale corporate environments and fast-paced, smaller organizationsDemonstrated ability to operate with executive presence and influence senior leadershipStrong functional experience with large-scale HRIS systems and implementationsExperience navigating the complexities of human resources management within European markets is a plusActive SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly preferredExceptional ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise impeccable judgmentPolished professional demeanor with superior writing and critical thinking skillsWillingness to be a "hands-on" leader who is comfortable getting involved in daily operationsAt our clients' request, only individuals with required experience will be considered.
