Acumatica Construction Consultant

Job Title Acumatica Senior Construction Consultant Job Description This is a remote position. We are seeking an experienced Acumatica Senior Construction Consultant to lead specific parts of Acumatica Construction projects while continuing to expand Acumatica and soft consulting skills in order to drive successful implementations and delight customers. As a member of the Application team, the Senior Consultant will work on new client implementations, including gathering requirements, configuring, training, testing, and go-live activities. The Senior Consultant may also lead workstreams and mentor and coach less experienced team members. Key responsibilities include: Lead requirements gathering, design activities, configuration, training, testing, and go-live activities for medium-complexity Acumatica Construction projects Implement and support Acumatica ERP for new and existing customers, including data conversion and go-live support Provide detailed consulting estimates and implementation project plans Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers; negotiate resolutions to business and functional issues with stakeholders Monitor project budgets and deliver within them Provide weekly project status reports and proactively communicate issues to director and project manager Coach and provide quality assurance to less experienced team members, ensuring adherence to implementation methodology and best practices Independently manage work schedule and multiple activity streams to meet deadlines Lead change management activities with a solid understanding of change management concepts Maintain at least 75% utilization on an average annual basis Maintain Acumatica certifications and continue development of skills across modules Requirements Required: Four-year degree in Business, Accounting, MIS, or equivalent Minimum 3 years of Acumatica implementation and support experience with a specific focus on the Construction module Experience working within customer-facing business functions Strong collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills Professional demeanor with excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong analytical, numerical, planning, and reasoning abilities Flexibility in task assignment, priorities, and work environment Willingness to travel up to 30% Preferred: Acumatica certifications Additional Acumatica experience in Field Services Background with a consulting organization or reseller Experience as a controller or senior accountant Benefits: Health and Wellbeing: Medical, vision, and dental benefits for employees and eligible dependents Paid life insurance and disability insurance Employee Assistance Program for you and your household Retirement and Financial Wellbeing: 401(k) with company match contributions Education stipend Time Off and Work-Life Balance: Paid personal time off and paid holidays Paid sabbatical leave for eligible employees Fully remote work arrangement Main Line Talent Group
