We’re seeking a customer-facing Plumbing Manager to join our growing team and contribute to our continued success.

Salary:

• Estimated annual income of $100,000-$150,000+!

The Big Tasks:

• Train, improve, and develop processes for a group of top-of-class plumbers.
• Direct sales lead flow to assure successful business growth.
• Manage gross margins and budget guidelines for your portion of the plumbing service department.
• Exhibit a safety-first approach during all work activities.
• Provide accurate and timely business reports and necessary debriefing.
• Bring more energy than you take, because you will set the tone every day for the entire department.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to achieve sales goals.
• Coach, motivate, and train the plumbing team to exceed team and individual goals.
• Communicate and align with other departments and functions.
• Mentor and develop the plumbers and dispatchers to ensure appropriate sales metrics.
• Communicate clearly, show recognition, and build rapport with employees.
• Ensure sufficient staff levels to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes.
• Helping trainees become licensed- mentoring.
• Manage schedule along with the dispatch department to help meet the demand of company goals.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of residential service experience preferred.
• Follow national, State, & Local codes
• Ability to represent the Jerry Kelly brand in a positive way
• You must have the ability to engage with and actively listen to customers.
• Ability to work independently to complete tasks.
• Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
• Be detail-oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker with good presentation skills and the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.
• Demonstrate Leadership in a group setting
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
• Good driving record
• No criminal record
• Insurable driver’s license
• Class E driver’s license required within 30 days of hire
• No visible tattoos (must be covered up while working)
• No traveling required
