Role Overview Join a fast-paced warehouse team responsible for preparing packages for delivery at a last-mile distribution center. Your duties include receiving shipments, building and sorting pallets, scanning and packing items, and transporting packages using carts and equipment. Responsibilities Follow instructions to handle packages, operate handheld devices, load conveyor belts, and ensure accurate sorting for timely delivery. Maintain safety and cleanliness in a climate-controlled environment, working around moving equipment and varying temperatures. Qualifications & Skills Must be 18 , able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand, walk, push, pull, and reach during shifts, and follow directions in English. Physical activity includes climbing stairs and working in noisy settings, with safety gear provided.
