Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking a results‑driven Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities Search for potential projects Review documents with project manager and track opportunities Download documents (plans, specs, geotechnical report and addenda) from plan rooms Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Assist with pre‑bid qualifications and bidders list Complete initial project take‑off Monitor and track project progress and notify the project manager of any changes Qualifications Several years of experience in project management/accounting and relevant hands‑on experience within the construction industry A.S. or B.S. with a concentration in business, accounting, finance, legal studies and/or construction management preferred Independent thinker, well organized, self‑motivated, reliable, detail oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal & customer relations skills Excellent computer skills and written & verbal communication skills Demonstrated track record of success within the construction industry Demonstrated experience communicating and working effectively with engineers, superintendents and other key business partners Demonstrated experience in developing solutions to problems Familiarity with accounting principles Ability to meet hectic and changing schedules and deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically, Excel & Word) Ability to travel to projects around Cleveland, Columbus or Detroit Additional Information Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law.
