Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Real Estate Construction Associate for its Miami, FL office. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of clients across various industries nationwide. The role involves significant responsibility in contract review, drafting, and negotiation related to real‑estate development. Duties Review, draft, and negotiate contracts related to real‑estate development. Collaborate with clients from various industries on construction‑related matters. Work directly with clients to provide legal guidance and support. Requirements Minimum of seven years of experience in real‑estate development contracts. Strong research, writing, and communication skills. Ability to work well with others and independently. Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Excellent academic credentials required. Skills Proficiency in contract negotiation and drafting. Strong interpersonal and client management skills. Benefits Competitive compensation package.
