Overview As a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team, you will embody the brand within partner retail stores, influencing potential customers by fostering relationships, generating enthusiasm, and educating them on renewable energy and storage solutions. You will proactively schedule appointments and help expand the Sunrun customer base, driving a positive experience for every individual you encounter. Potential Earnings Average compensation ranges from $58,800 to $80,328 (location and personal success dependent). Top performers can earn over $160,000 per year. Compensation Competitive hourly base pay with uncapped commissions for generating new solar appointments. Qualifications / How You Will Be Successful Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, self‑motivation, and a genuine passion for our mission. Commitment to a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays. Reliable transportation within a 15‑30‑mile radius for a multi‑store territory. Physical ability to stand, lift up to 25 pounds, and be mobile for extended periods. Proven ability to engage customers, drive appointments, and close sales in a retail environment.
