We're seeking a motivated Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced, patient-focused team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow in cosmetic dentistry while working with advanced technology like 3D iTero scanners and digital workflows. Whether you're an experienced assistant or an enthusiastic entry-level candidate (we provide training!), we want someone who shares our passion for exceptional patient experiences.

Pay

Job Description

Chairside Excellence: Assist Drs. Brown & Cawley with cosmetic and restorative procedures, anticipating needs for seamless workflow.
Digital Dentistry: Operate 3D iTero scanners and take digital X-rays with precision.
Patient Care: Educate patients on treatment plans and post-op care with warmth and professionalism.
Clinical Support: Prepare operatories, maintain sterilization protocols, and manage instruments.
Practice Efficiency: Schedule appointments, update records in Dentrix, and ensure smooth patient flow.
Team Collaboration: Contribute to our positive, "work hard, play hard" culture.

Shift & Schedule

Monday-Wednesday: 8 AM–5 PM
Thursday: 8 AM–2 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM–3 PM
No weekends!
