Multi-Modality Technologist - Mid Shift

Location: Lake Geneva, Wisconsin

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 40 hours per week with mid shift hours and weekend rotation.

Job Description: We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Multi-Modality Technologist who is ARRT registered in Radiography and CT. The ideal candidate will display expertise in performing advanced imaging procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain active status in all practiced modalities.
• Provide clinical leadership and assist with departmental projects and assignments.
• Ensure competence in all exams performed within assigned modalities.
• Corroborate patient clinical history with procedures to aid radiologist.
• Prepare patients for procedures, providing appropriate instructions and education.
• Select and operate imaging equipment and accessories for successful result acquisition.
• Position patients effectively while respecting their abilities and comfort levels.
• Practice aseptic techniques and manage intravenous access as necessary.
• Initiate basic life support actions when required.
• Provide input for supply and equipment decisions, managing the inventory for assigned area.
• Provide practical instruction for students and staff members.
• Observe universal protocols, standard precautions, and appropriate patient identifiers.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• ARRT registered in Radiography.
• ARRT registered in CT.
• WI-DSPS Radiographer License.
• AHA Provider BLS/CPR certification is required.
