Attorney with Litigation

Job Summary A respected legal services organization in Maitland, FL is seeking a dedicated Litigation Attorney to join its in-office legal team. This direct hire opportunity is well suited for an attorney with 3 to 5 years of litigation experience who is confident managing cases from inception through resolution, producing strong written work, and representing clients in court proceedings. Key Responsibilities Conduct legal research and prepare detailed legal documents to support active litigation matters. Represent clients in litigation proceedings, including hearings, court appearances, and trials. Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, settlement documents, and other legal filings. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to help achieve favorable and practical outcomes. Manage case files, deadlines, records, and documentation throughout all phases of litigation. Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure thorough case preparation and effective client representation. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $90,000 to $120,000 per year. Direct hire opportunity. In-office position, with flexibility available after 6 months to one year of service. Benefits include dental, vision, PTO, and 401k with firm match after one year of service. Health insurance is not offered. Pay transparency policy is available.
