• Schedule: Full-Time with every other weekend required

• Assignment Length: Ongoing, stable placement Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate nursing care to elderly and rehabilitative residents
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and follow care plans
• Monitor resident conditions and document observations accurately
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and facility staff for cohesive patient care
• Maintain compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and facility regulations Requirements:
• Current and valid New York State LPN license
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care preferred
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work every other weekend
• Strong clinical and communication skills
