Perform all general GI and ERCP procedures, including EUS as needed. Support staff in the Endoscopy and Operating rooms, assisting with patient care and procedures. Cover 24-hour call shifts, including on-call support via beeper and phone consultations. Support rounding as needed and assist with scheduled and emergency procedures. Manage patient cases for adults (and some younger than 18), maintaining high-quality care. Document all procedures and patient interactions in EPIC EMR system. What You Need Board Certified in Gastroenterology Active Tennessee medical license or IMLC acceptance (willing to license) ACLS/BLS certification Proven experience performing ERCP and general GI procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility around scheduling and procedures, including EUS as available About the Assignment This outpatient/inpatient gastroenterology assignment involves providing expert care in both the Endoscopy Suite and main OR at a leading facility in Kingsport, Tennessee.
