Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Rolling Hills Healthcare is looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the long-term care unit at our beautiful skilled nursing facility. Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) care for long term care residents

• Taking and monitoring patient vital signs

• Assisting patients with eating, dressing, and bathing

• Preparing patients for transfers or discharge

• Offer emotional support and education about treatments and procedures

• Comply to all regulatory protocols and policies related to infection control and nursing care

• Observance of patient diet restrictions as prescribed by the physician

• Assist in the provision of emergency care

Schedule

• Schedule: NOC Shift

• Location: Belle Fourche, South Dakota

Skills and Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license issued by South Dakota required

• BLS certification from the AHA required
